As a SPECIAL OFFICER(EVALUATION)
Conducting IA’s and SEE for assigned students using TABS,interacting with vendors,generating and announcing the results on a timely basis.
Draw up a Calendar of events in consultation with Directors of all Schools for various examinations and notify in the beginning of each Academic year.
Prepare list of examiners submitted by respective Board of Studies and place the same before the BOAE to constitute the Board of Examiners (BOEs) and panel of examiners as per the provisions under REVA University Statutes relating to formation of the Board of Examiners and their function.
Ensure that the question papers are prepared as per REVA University guidelines already in place.
Finalize and publish results of students of all programs within the stipulated period after obtaining approval from the Registrar-Evaluation/Vice-Chancellor.
Be responsible for arranging fair valuation of the answer scripts of examinations held in all subjects in cooperation with internal and external examiners.
Take necessary measures to facilitate the needs of the physically challenged and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) students without affecting the integrity and confidentiality of the examination system..
Arrange for setting question papers and conduct of the meetings of various Boards of Examiners (BOEs) for scrutinizing the question papers as per the provisions under the University Regulations, through the Chairpersons of respective Boards of Examiners.
Prepare periodically the list of those students who have involved in malpractices and unethical practices in the examinations; Refer this list of students to the Malpractices Lapses Enquiry Committee (MPLEC) of the University after obtaining the approval of the Registrar-EvaluationVice-Chancellor..
Finalize and publish results of students of all programs within the stipulated period after obtaining approval from the Registrar-Evaluation/Vice-Chancellor.
Review the results and prepare analysis of all programs and present the same before the Authorities of the Universities after obtaining approval from the Registrar-Evaluation/ViceChancellor.
Initiate continuous reforms in examination related activities and implement them in true spirit.
